Last week in gym we started to play basketball games .There are 4 types of passes in basketball:chest pass,baseball pass,bounce pass,and over the head pass.there are 2 types of dribbling in basketball:low control dribble is for when someone is guarding you and the ball goes to your knees.high speed dribble is for when nobody is guarding you the ball comes up to your waist. last week we switched for power time to a different powertime group.
This week is we are doing jump rope for Heart. Our school is collecting money for Jump Rope for Heart. You can win prizes for collecting money like key chains with little animals. It’s also the 100th day of school. Can you believe it. We have been in school for 100 days. Since we have been in school for 100 days we are doing a 100 Can Food Drive. Our Class class goal is to collect 100 cans of food. We have had a lot going on this week.
